Your journey is very inspiring to me. I have been learning about SGA because I have a friend who is not LDS and some family who are LDS who are experiencing this in their lives. You give me hope for them, that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will come to our aid no matter what our circumstances are. And your story bears further witness to me of the uniqueness of all of our journeys throughout this life. Thank you for sharing your experiences and how you feel while experiencing these emotions. I think that your voice will bring hope to many people and understanding to those who want to be more compassionate and empathetic towards others. I think that you will be further blessed by helping others openly in the way that you are. I think it takes a lot of courage and I am glad that you have courage to come out and be a voice of hope to the world.

Please also remember that because you have reached out on this website, that Satan is keenly aware. Please do not allow him to discourage you. Your worth is great! Thank you for coming forward! What a beautiful Woman! I really enjoyed your story and wish you were here so I could visit and give you a big hug. I pray God will bless you an your journey and that you will receive all that Heavenly Father has in store for you. In spite of my SSA, I joined the LDS Church and have lived my dreams, now having 6 children and nearly 15 grandchildren, I can see you doing the same. Embrace your femininity, no matter how uncomfortable it makes you feel at first. Practice being the woman you admire. You really are a beautiful woman and I'm sure there are several Sons of God out there who would find you to be a wonderful companion. I know this may sound odd, but don't discount the wonderful men out there who also struggle with SSA who are also wanting a companion and possibly a family, and share your goals. God Bless you on your journey and I pray Heavenly Father will shock and surprise you in what he can do to transform us when we have faith and courage in putting our lives in Hi

Thank you so much for sharing your story and being so real. You've helped me gain more compassion and understanding for this difficult challenge, and to be able to help me be a better Mom to my daughter who has just bravely revealed her own similar feelings. It's nice to know she is not alone and we are not alone. Even though, this really can be a very lonely road. But, I think by telling your story and shining more light on SSA in a faith-based way, you are helping break the stigmas and open up dialog especially in the LDS community. You are so fortunate to have a loving and understanding bishop. I clearly can see the hand of the Lord working through your life, and it gives me hope that He will do the same for our daughter and our family.

Jamie, thank you so much for your beautiful testimony and for sharing your felons, despite the difficulty at times in finding the right words. I have a niece whom I believe feels very much like you do and I an trying to learn how to be more supportive and loving so that she doesn't feel alone. I feel I have much greater insight after watching your interview. So thank you so very much. Good bless you!
